Use AI on regulated change, and show your reviewer exactly what it did.
30 prompts and the log a reviewer will ask for
Using AI on regulated work means keeping the evidence trail your reviewers expect, and knowing what must never go into a tool. This pack shows a BA how, step by step, within the firm’s own rules. Three fictional cases show the method: mapping an old payments engine at a payments firm, hunting for assumptions in AI-drafted claims-notes requirements at an insurer, and reviewing AI-drafted data checks for a fund factsheet at an asset manager. Every AI step, human check and decision is recorded.

Who it’s for
BAs and contractors in UK banks, insurers, asset managers and payments firms who use AI at work. The worked cases cover payments, insurance and asset management.
How it fits
Starter already includes an optional AI Prompt Library. This pack adds guardrails for regulated work, worked cases and the records a reviewer will ask for. The AI Adoption Pack is for helping a team adopt a tool; the AI Agent Requirements Pack is for specifying an agent.
What it is not
Practical guidance, not legal or regulatory advice. It does not replace your firm’s policies or your data protection officer. All examples are fictional. No macros.
Why the record matters
In the Bank of England and FCA survey of 118 UK financial firms, 75% were already using AI, and 46% of those using or planning to use it reported only partial understanding of the AI they use. Bank of England and FCA, Artificial intelligence in UK financial services, survey of 118 firms, published 21 November 2024.
The FCA’s October 2026 publication, AI in financial services: good practice and areas for improvement, lists the risk of human review of AI outputs becoming a “box-ticking” exercise, rather than meaningful oversight, as an area for improvement.
Each pack is a ZIP of Word, Excel and PDF files. One person may adapt them for their own work; they cannot be redistributed.
