Your order and delivery
Review the product, total, taxes for your location and payment details on Payhip before placing an order. Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and Payhip confirms the purchase. Payhip provides checkout and digital delivery, with an email receipt containing your download link. Digital files are supplied after successful checkout. How the right to cancel works alongside an immediate download is explained under Cancelling within 14 days. Keep the receipt and download details. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us with the email address used for your order.
Individual licence
You may adapt the templates for your own work, including your client engagements. You may share the resulting project deliverables with the relevant client. You may not resell, redistribute or share the reusable template library, or offer it as your own product. Using it across a team? Email us at contact@baaicollective.com.
Cancelling within 14 days, and downloading straight away
If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day after you buy to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. This is the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Our files are digital content supplied by download straight after payment.
Before you download: you can still cancel within the 14 days. Email contact@baaicollective.com with your order reference, and we will refund you, using the payment method you used, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice.
After you have downloaded: the right to cancel is lost only if, before the download began, you expressly consented to supply starting within the 14 days and acknowledged that you would lose the right, and we confirmed that to you. If you did not, or we did not confirm it to you, you keep your right to cancel for the full 14 days.
Faulty or misdescribed files are not affected. Losing the right to cancel does not remove your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a file is faulty, not as described, or not fit for its purpose. See “Faulty or misdescribed files” below. These rights are in addition to the cancellation rules and nothing in these terms limits them.
If you are buying for your business rather than as a consumer, the consumer right to cancel does not apply to your purchase. The faulty-file section below still applies to you as far as the law allows.
Faulty or misdescribed files
Contact contact@baaicollective.com with your order reference, affected filename and a description of the fault. Do not send payment-card details or confidential client information. Digital content must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law. Where it does not, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction. Loss of the cancellation right does not remove these protections. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Questions and disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or prevents you from exercising rights available in your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
