Buying, files and refunds

These are one-time purchases of editable Word and Excel files delivered as ZIP downloads through Payhip. Starter is £30 including UK VAT (£25 + VAT); Complete is £80 including UK VAT (£66.67 + VAT). Your location determines the tax and final total shown at checkout.

Complete includes Starter. They are files, not a course or coaching. Look at the previews on the toolkits page, or download the free filled traceability matrix, before buying.

Keep your Payhip receipt and download link. Save the ZIP, extract it and open the DOCX files in Word and XLSX files in Excel.

Editable DOCX and XLSX files for Microsoft Word and Excel. 30 of the 59 files in Complete (20 of the 41 in Starter) are Excel workbooks. The release information reports that the workbooks passed open, edit, save and reopen checks in Excel 16.0; changed and representative Word files were also checked. Other applications may display them differently. Read the file-check summary and limitations.

If a link fails or a file will not open, email contact@baaicollective.com with the product name, order reference and a description of the problem. Include the application you are using. Do not send payment-card details or confidential client documents.

The toolkit licence covers one individual using and adapting the files for their own employment and consulting engagements. Completed project deliverables may be shared with the relevant project team. Sharing or reselling the reusable template library is not included. Contact us about team use.

If a file is faulty, missing or does not match its description, email contact@baaicollective.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our faulty-file terms.

Our privacy notice covers enquiries, purchases and optional browser saving. Purchase records are held separately in Payhip. The free practice files need no email address.

An email enquiry shares your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message with BA AI Collective. We use it to respond to your enquiry. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information at contact@baaicollective.com.

You do not need to provide a CV, explain a career break or disclose employer or client information. For purchases, review Payhip’s checkout privacy information; that is separate from your direct email conversation with us.

Work through the payments review in your browser. Your first answer is kept separately from later revisions. Download your record as a text file or use the copyable version if your browser blocks downloads. The exercise does not submit or grade your answers. Saving in this browser is optional and off by default; use the controls under Keep your record to save, restore or remove your local copy.
